NC turning processes for the energy sector

Thanks to our high-tech CNC machine park, we are able to produce high-precision parts in small, medium and large series from 100 to 1 million parts. The size of the parts can vary between Ø2 and Ø42mm.

Traditional turning for the energy sector

Traditional screw machining allows us to produce simple parts at competitive prices, thanks to a fleet of sliding headstock cam-type lathes. We can manufacture between 5000 and 1 million parts from Ø2 to Ø20mm.

Multi-spindle turning for the energy sector

Décolletage Elbe manufactures large series, from 100,000 to several million parts. The sizes of the parts are between Ø4 and Ø16mm.
